After signing in as a parent, tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the top right, then select Manage child profiles. Tap Add Child and enter their name and choose an avatar. Your child will appear in the child selector on the dashboard immediately.
Children use the same app or web browser with the parent account. From the parent dashboard, tap the switch icon (⇄) in the header to enter the child's view. The parent zone is protected by a PIN so children can't accidentally access parent controls.
Tasks that require photo-verification need parent approval before points are awarded. You should have received a push notification. Open the parent dashboard and check Tasks Pending to review and approve the submission.
A streak increments each day your child completes at least one task. If a day is missed, the streak resets to 0. Parents can configure streak bonus settings in Settings → Streak Settings to award extra points for milestone streaks (e.g., 7-day, 30-day).
The Habit Pet is a virtual companion that hatches when your child accumulates enough Pet Credits. Credits are earned by maintaining task streaks. There are 5 elemental pet types: Fire, Water, Wood, Gold, and Earth. The Habit Pet feature is available to VIP subscribers.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android) — we don't process payments directly.
iOS: Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Family Rewards System → Cancel.
Android: Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Cancel.
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account to permanently delete your account and associated family data, including tasks, points history, child profiles, rewards, and uploaded photos.
If you have an active iOS or Android subscription, deleting your account does not cancel Apple or Google Play billing. Please cancel or manage your subscription in the store before deleting your account.

The web app at rewards.kidsaipro.com provides full access to your family data and works on any browser. However, some features (push notifications, subscriptions) are only available on the iOS and Android apps.
